BECOMING A MEMBER

Welcome to The Screening Pros, LLC (TSP) and congratulations on your decision to become a member.
As a reseller of confidential consumer data reported by the credit bureaus, TSP is required by federal and state law to investigate each new member ensuring that each applying member is the proper party and will request consumer data only for the purposes identified by law.
In satisfying the requirements set forth by the credit bureaus and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), it is required that each applying member supply the reseller (TSP) with the necessary compliance documentation to properly identify the end-user (member) and to identify that the member has a legitimate business need for obtaining confidential consumer data.
Your membership process consists of the following four steps:
1. Download and print the membership documents.
2. Complete and sign both the membership application and the service agreement.
3. Compile all of the required compliance documentation as specified in the service agreement.
4. Mail your membership application, service agreement, business references and all of your compliance documentation to:

Once all of your documentation is received, the process for establishing new accounts takes approximately three business days contingent upon verification and completeness of the documents. You will be contacted by TSP’s compliance department if further information or documentation is necessary. Once your account is established, you will receive by mail your new member packet consisting of your account number, a generic user id and password that will need to be changed (for internet users) and other helpful information on using the services.
